Conflicting Schedules

Ms. Crews spends no time in her room on day 3 so I cannot borrow supplies this marking period. Instead I will be using Ms. McLaughlin's supplies. I am unable to make progress until next class period, however I can bring my supplies home to work.

Last time all that I got accomplished was layout. Today I will actually start sewing... as soon as Ms. Crews is done with lunch.

Making Huge Progress!

I have finished cutting the squares. Today I will begin to sew the squares together.

Got Fabrics!!!

I now have the necessary materials and fabrics. Today's mini-goal is to cut the fabric into 1-foot squares.

Accomplishments

I have figured out what I want my quilt to look like. I want it to be a quilt with checkerboard squares of lilac and sky blue fabric. I wish it to be 3' x 5' and have 1-foot squares. It will go in a Pediatrics patient's room.

Next I will work on Step 2: Gathering the materials.

6. Sew quilt onto fleece.

My Goal

My goal for gifted is to sew a quilt for the Pediatrics area in the hospital. My mom is the director of said area.
